Airport Authority of India (AAI) is inviting applications for different posts – Details inside!

Applications are invited by Executive Director, Flight Inspection Unit for hiring of consultant (Quality Manager) (QM) and Operation Manager (OPS Manager) in Flight Inspection Unit, Airports Authority of India’s (AAI), on Contract basis from eligible candidates of Indian nationals.

There is 1 post for Quality Manager, interested candidate Shall have a Degree/AME or Equivalent. The applicant should be less than 70 years of age during the committed period. He should have Familiarity with aircraft maintenance statutory regulations. Candidate must hold a valid DGCA India license BAMEL/BAMEC.

Experience required

Candidate with minimum experience of 10 years in aviation out of which at least 2 years in CAMO.  He should meet the requirements of CARM. He should also  be familiar with overseeing maintenance management of aircraft Dornier DO-228 and Beechcraft B-350 owned by AAI.

Candidate should be fluent in written and verbal communication skills and have a good working knowledge of computer operation (MS Office applications.)

There are 2 vacancies for the post of Operation Manager and a candidate should be INRI (Indian national residing in India). Applicants should be fluent in written and verbal communication skills.

Qualification and age limit

The applicant should be less than 70 years of age during the committed period. Candidate with graduation in any discipline from a recognized university established in India with minimum of 5 years’ experience in Aviation. Also, two years of minimum experience as operation Manager Or CPL holder  with a working experience of minimum two years as an operation manager.

The posts are on a contract basis. The contract shall be for a period of 2(two) years and cab be extended for another 1 (one) year subject to satisfactory performance and on mutual consent.

Honorarium  

Consolidation remuneration of Rs. 65,000/-per month with an annual increase of 5% and will subject to deduction of statuary tax/ TDS as per rule  Rs.1500 /- per month for Conveyance & Telephones.
