Important Articles from the Indian Constitution 3.0

1. Article No. 46:- Promotion of educational and economic interests of scheduled castes, scheduled tribes, and other weaker sections

This law asks the state to promote the education and economic interests of the weaker sections of the society. It is more specifically for the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe. It seeks to protect the community from social injustice and any sort of exploitation.

2. Article No. 50:- Separation of Judiciary from executive

This law states that the state should seek to keep the Executive separate from Judiciary. To maintain democracy, it is important to keep the executive members and judiciary on different pages.

3. Article No. 51:- Promotion of international peace and security

It asks the state to promote international peace, security, the relationship between nations, respect to the international laws and encourage settlement of international disputes.

4. Article No. 51A:- Fundamental Duties

This article states the duties, which citizens of the country are expected to follow. It asks the citizens to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem. Follow the noble ideals; protect the sovereignty, unity, and integrity of India to defend the country and render national service, promote harmony and the spirit of common brotherhood; to preserve the rich heritage of our composite culture; to safeguard public property and to abjure violence, etc.

5. Article No. 76:-Attorney-General of India

The Attorney General of India is the Chief Legal Advisor of Government of India. He/ she is appointed by the President of India.
