1. Article No. 155

Appointment of the Governor. This article lays the necessary measures and practices that are followed by the governor. Firstly, the governor should be an Indian Citizen and should be above 35. The governor shall be appointed by the President.

2. Article No. 167

Duties of Chief Minister with regard to the furnishing of information to the Governor, etc. This article involves all the duties of Chief Minister of a state. The executive authority of the state lies in the hands of the CM. The CM shall be accountable to the governor.

3. Article No. 214 – 231

High courts for the states. The article 214 to 231 works on the guidelines for the High Court. At present, India has around 24 high courts. These articles discuss the functioning, organisation and rules for judges and lawyers in the court.

4. Article No. 243B

Constitution of Panchayats – This article talks about the 73rd Amendment of the constitution i.e. the Panchayati Raj Act. It talks about the three-tier system of panchayats.

5. Article No. 352

Proclamation of Emergency (National Emergency). This article gives allows the president to declare a national emergency. If the president is convinced that there is a grave situation, wherein the security of the country is threatened on the grounds of wars, external aggression or armed rebellion, he/she can proclaim emergency to that effect.
